As part of your booking or contact, we collect the following data: first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal address, desired dates of stay, number of people, and the data necessary for payment (processed directly by our payment provider STRIPE).

3. Why do we collect this data?

Your data is used exclusively to: process and confirm your reservation, send you information relating to your stay, respond to your contact requests, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Your booking details are kept for 3 years from the date of your stay, in accordance with legal requirements for seasonal rentals. Accounting data is kept for 10 years in accordance with the French Commercial Code.

5. Is your data transmitted to third parties?

Your data is never sold or given to third parties for commercial purposes. It may only be transmitted to our payment provider (STRIPE) strictly for the purpose of processing your booking, and to the relevant authorities if required by law.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights: right of access to your data, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object.
